Shipping

Items are handmade and typically ship within 5-7 days. The shipping method is priority USPS mail with shipping confirmation. if an item needs to be rushed please contact us and we can work out another shipping method.

Packages are insured. However, we are not responsible for a package once it leaves our possession and is shipped. If a USPS shipping error does occur, feel free to contact us and we will assist in locating the package and possibly re-sending the items.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to FDA health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchange products once they are sold.

However, we are sharing our journey and story as well as the stories of other who've experienced the products and have benefited from the known benefits of the ingredients. We are invested in providing high quality organic products using mother nature’s finest ingredients.

Pascale’s Body Care, LLC is not responsible for improper use of our products. Keep away from children (unless otherwise noted) and animals. Our products are for external use only, unless otherwise indicated. 

For those with sensitive skin and allergies (especially nut allergies), please patch test our products before using. If any redness or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. 

Some of our natural ingredients-oils, butters and essential oils are not to be used by those who are pregnant or suffer from certain health conditions. Please take the time to research all ingredients and/or consult a physician before using on hair and skin. 

Since our products are handmade with natural and organic ingredients, there can & will be slight variations in texture and color from time to time.
